Les docteurs ont opere Soy une deuxieme fois pour lui poser deux "extenseurs", un au niveau du genou, l'autre en haut du femur.
Cela fait maintenant trois mois que chaque jour, trois fois par jour, elle visse les verrins des extenseurs afin de detordre les os.
au derniers examens les docteurs ont decide que les resultats etaient satisfaisants et donc decide de retirer les extenseurs.
cette operations a eu lieu vendredi 29 avril.
Soy est toujours a l'hopital et une fois les operations cicatrisees elle devrait debuter la reeducation.
The second surgery for Soy has been made and since 3 month, she got 2 expander(one on the tighbone the other on the knee) and have to screw the screw-jack 3 times a day.
At the last visit, surgeon decided that 3 month was enough and he removed the 2 expander friday, april 29th.
Soy still in hospital recovering and gonna have to start rehab after that.

operation
After enterring monday in hospital soy get her first operation at the hip friday, after 3 hours in surgery she came out with a plaster cast from torso to the ankles.
she have to stay a minimum of 3 weeks before taking the plaster off.
doctors decided to start by the hip because the knee surgery have to come with a few centimeters stretch of her leg to be balance with the other one, for that the hip have to be strait already.

Rentree a l'hopital lundi, soy vient d'etre operee de la hanche aujourd'hui vendredi.
apres 3 heures d'operation elle est ressortie platree du torse jusqu'aux chevilles.
elle devra garder le platre un minimum de 3 semaines.

je redonnerai des nouvelles au fur et a mesure qu'elle me parviendront.

News for all donators
After few days spent in Suandok hospital in Chiangmai the doctor gave her a rendez-vous for january 3rd 2011 for the first operation.
I have now more details on what is about to happen.
She will need to stay in hospital after each operation, for at least 4 weeks, under extension.
That is the reason why we have to do the surgery in Suandok hospital. The price of each day is quit a lot cheaper than the one choosen previously.
The doctor making the surgery is the only one in chiangmai, that's explain that we have to queue.
I hope these informations will answer the questions of everyone.

Soy devra rester pendant au moins 1 mois sous extenseur apres chaque operation.
C'est la raison pour laquelle nous devons faire faire l'operation au Suandok, en effet le cout journalier est beaucoup moins eleve qu'a l'hopital choisi precedemment.
Le docteur qui pratiquera les operations est le seul a le faire a Chiangmai, ce qui explique que nous devions faire la queue.

Apres 4 mois de collecte nous avons reussi a reunir la moitie de la somme necessaire aux operations de Soy, pour cela merci a tous.
Nous nous sommes rendu compte que la plupart de l'argent recolte l'etait au franco-thai, certainement du au fait que Soy soit au service et que les gens la voyant avaient tendance a donner plus volontier.
De ce fait et d'un commun accord avec elle, nous debuterons les operations apres avoir reuni la totalite de la somme, en effet nous ne voulons pas nous retrouver au milieu sans pouvoir terminer ce qui est commence.
J'espere que cet eclaircissement satisfera toutes les personnes concernees par les dons effectues.
Encore, merci a tous.

We realise that most of the money was donate in the francothai box, certainly because of Soy serving every nights, people are more intend to give cause they see her.
For this reason we decieded to wait until all the money to start the operations, we don't want to be in the middle and cannot finish cause of money shortage.
